Cold Springs Hotel- Homa Bay is mostly known for its Corporate element. Many Organizations have expressed interest based on location and proximity to their relative activities in the area. 

The Hotel features 5 Main Halls and 2 smaller meeting rooms designed for different wants and needs ranging from theatre setups to smaller exclusive spaces.

Other than the Physical aspect, Online or Video Conferencing is an integral part of business today and our Halls are well equipped to feature such setups should you require them.

 

Our Main halls include:

  Cheetah Hall   

Cheetah

The Cheetah Hall is a Breakaway hall from the Lion hall, which has a foldable wooden divider wall, that separates about a quarter of  Lion to form Cheetah.

It's an air conditioned hall and the only one with its own adjacent and dedicated Tea station open room.

The Cheetah Hall accommodates a maximum of 30 (Thirty) People with different seating variations. It can be used as a small Ballroom for a limited number of guests depending on the specifications.

 Rhino Hall

The Rhino Hall is an exact Twin of the Leopard Hall with minor room orientation differences.

 Both halls share one Tea station and meal area.

The Rhino Hall can accommodate a maximum of 40 (Forty) guests with different seating variations.

The Rhino Hall has the same capabilities as the Leopard Hall.

  Lion Hall

The Lion Hall is by far the largest and most spacious of those featured in the Hotel. Like it's Mascot it rules all in number and setup variations.

It contains room temperature control systems, Notice boards, Podium compatibility, stage setup compatibility, Ballroom applications, Conference and Seminar setups.

The Hall Can accommodate between 140 (One hundred and forty) to 160 (One hundred and sixty) guests with the Theatre setup Inclusive of the Covid-19 preventive measure of 1.5 metre spacing between participants.

The Majestic Hippo Hall is Located  on the ground floor and like its Mascot is right next to the water, in this case, our signature swimming pool.

The Hippo Hall is an air conditioned conference space that can accommodate a maximum of 30 (Thirty) delegates with ample room for a podium or Projector equipment.

The Leopard Hall is Unique for its projector and presentation capability. Due to the hall's Quiet and Pristine location in the Hotel, Many prefer it for presentations as there is little interference and is far from public Corridors.

The Leopard Hall can accommodate a maximum of 40 (Forty) delegates with room for Projector placement or such equipment.

                           10 a.m. tea break with assorted snacks.

                           4 p.m. tea break with assorted snacks.

                           Buffet lunch.

                           General: - flip chart stand and manila papers,

                           Hall inclusive, PA System & WIFI

Half day conference package  per person includes:

                        1 Bottle of 500ml mineral water

                        10 AM Tea break with assorted snacks

                        PA System & WIFI.

KINDLY NOTE:  All Hall setups are subject to Covid-19 preventive measures including 1.5metre spacing between participants.
